Administrator for the installation of fiber to the cell site to include
Site walks, drawings, landlord approval, placement of inner duct, mule
tape, twelve count fiber and fiber equipment. Tracked permit submittals,
permits approved, reviewed design of conduit path modifications to include
Y-intercepts, new underground box placements or new conduit from ROW to
cell site MPOE, schedule splicing and testing. Reviewed and approved bids
submitted by the GC. Meet with the carrier two times weekly to report
progress and address concerns and issues.

Project/Construction Manager for T-Mobile Wireless NSB with direct
interface to T-Mobile Management daily, Oversight of six Construction
Managers and General Contractors to ensure all construction commitment
dates are met. Work daily with T-Mobiles RF zone engineers, Operations
groups, Construction Managers, Pre-Construction Managers, A&E, &
Site Acquisition Vendors, during all phases of development and design to
ensure a successful build during construction. Oversight of Fiber to the
Cell (FTTC) initiative for existing cell site and upgrades of DS3’s
ran weekly deployment meetings to ensure the development team & GC’s
stay on schedule and within budget.
